Location

Cobalt Coast Resort in Grand Cayman is located on the Northwest shore, in a secluded tranquil setting with a spectacular view overlooking the inviting waters of the Caribbean Sea. Cobalt Coast is in Boatswains Bay, near the Cayman Island Turtle Farm and Boatswains Beach, just a few miles north of bustling Seven Mile Beach.

Rooms

Cobalt Coast Resort offers 16 Rooms; 1- and 2-bedroom oceanfront suites and oceanfront rooms. Different from most suite hotels, the suites truly have a separate bedroom from the living room to provide full privacy. All units are fully air-conditioned, and include Cable TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, direct-dial telephone with data port & in-room safes. One- & Two-bedroom Oceanfront Suites offer a spacious living room, wet bar, refrigerator, 1 King or 2 Double beds in each bedroom as well as a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Modern conveniences include free high speed wireless internet access (laptop computer with wireless card required), and pool towels always available at the Resort and on the dive boats.

Hotel Dining

A full service restaurant offers fresh made-to-order American breakfast, lunch and Oceanside dinners. Enjoy sunset or dine under the stars. The open-air bar features the famous Cobalt Colada and other tropical drinks, local and imported beers!

Activities

The dive centre includes a full service scuba dive centre, Divetech, offering a full range of services including dive packages with daily 2-tank boat dives, lessons, Nitrox, Trimix and adventurous diving. Both the Resort and Dive-centre are owner operated; with both owners on-site. Private charter trips are also available as well as Stingray City dive tours. There are shore diving facilities located on the North Wall, underwater scooters that take you to the North Wall or to Turtle Reef, full support for semi-closed and closed circuit rebreathers, courtesy rental car drop off and pick up, full length gear lockers for dive gear, rinse tank and drying pegs, and fresh water pool and Jacuzzi.

Services

Small and intimate, the Resort boasts a full service concept that offers Oceanside dining, a friendly bar staff, and shore diving facilities. Divetech is located on-site and offers full service diving amenities, including daily boat trips, classes, equipment and video production. Water sports and a gift shop complete the resort amenities.
