Location

Sheriton Estates villas are located on Anguilla's chic West End. Nestled behind an artfully designed wall, this waterfront property is the privacy-seeker's dream come true. Sheriton Estates offers fabulous ocean views to St. Martin, neighbouring islands, nearby resorts and the new Greg Norman-designed golf course with beautiful beaches nearby.

Rooms

There are 7 Bedrooms each in Infinity & Harmony and 8.5 Bathrooms total per villa (5 ensuite). The maximum Guests at both villas is: 14. Villa mystique has six bedrooms. The villas are a fusion of custom-made Asian-Caribbean furnishings with Spanish marble, exotic hardwoods, granite, travertine and other luxury amenities such as cable TV's, DVD players, DVD/CD/Book/Game Library, phone, safe, walk-in closets. Each villa houses a two-car garage with outdoor shower, an executive office nook complete with computer, DSL internet, printer/copier and private fax, state-of-the-art electronics, and outdoor dining areas. Air-conditioning units are located in each bedroom and living room. Ceiling fans are also located throughout the villas. In the Infinity or harmony villas, three rooms with direct pool deck access are located on the main floor. The largest, the Grand Villa Suite, houses a combination walk-in dressing room and bathroom with exclusive infitity-edge bathtub, double showers and Balinese daybed. The living areas include a fully equipped kitchen, step-down living room, and dining area with breathtaking ocean views. The 1-bedroom loft suite on the third floor offers exquisite views, a private balcony and an adjacent sundeck... On the ground floor, a voluminous 2-bedroom pool suite shares the entertainment / media areas. The seventh bedroom, a neatly tucked away 1-bedroom executive suite, is distinctly comfortable.

The private villa chef creates sumptuous tailored menus, whether intimate candlelit dinners for two or for a grand group of 14. Service food costs are additional.

Infinity & Harmony each have 2 pools, Villa Mystique 3. Fitness Equipment is also available. Guests of the villas enjoy select privileges at nearby Cap Juluca Hotel such as complimentary beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, and privileges at their 3 restaurants.
