Introduction

In Guadeloupe, located in the French West Indies, the charming hotel Le Diwali is awaiting you for a relaxing vacation on the edge of the magnificent lagoon of Sainte-Anne.

Location

Only 20 minutes from the airport and a few steps from the charming village of Sainte-Anne, the Diwali offers you an ideal setting to discover the island, the pleasures of the sea or just simply lazing about under the shadow of a palm tree.

Rooms

The hotel has only 8 rooms all decorated in a colonial style and made up on two levels of an old large grand plantation. All the rooms (2 deluxe rooms with a terrace and an ocean view and 6 standard rooms) have individual air-conditioning units, telephone, T.V., DVD player and an elegant bathroom with either a bathtub or a shower, a hair-dryer, and a security safe.

Hotel Dining

The Bed & breakfast hotel offers some light meal throughout the day. Moreover, to get a good start in the morning, a tropical breakfast accompanied by fresh fruit is served on the terrace facing the island of Marie-Galante.

Activities

On a white sandy beach bordering one of the most beautiful lagoons in Guadeloupe, Le Diwali hotel has an exceptional panorama of the surrounding islands: Marie-Galante, The Saintes, and Basse-Terre. There are a number of amateur aquatic sports to be done. Kayaking and apnea-diving material are free and available to you. Near the Diwali hotel you can find other activities: windsurfing, kite-surfing, diving, jet-skiing, golfing, and big-game fishing.

Services

For the guests’ pleasure, the hotel team can help organize outings and excursions. If you want to take a boat cruise to the surrounding islands, rent a car, make reservations at a restaurant, transfers or simply want to take advantage of their knowledge or their passion for Guadeloupe. There is a fax and internet service at your disposal. The hotel is closed between September 15th and October 10th.
