The CuisinArt Resort & Spa is special in many aspects like its architecture, its settings, its location, and its special cuisine and natural therapies. Inspired by the style of the Mediterranean, the whitewashed villas are surrounded by lush plantings and provide the perfect backdrop for your resort experience. The landscaping and the gardens, Award-winning botanical design weaves a tropical tapestry of fragrance, colour and texture. Serpentine plantings gently wind their way through the grounds.


The CuisinArt Resort is located on Rendez-vous Bay, Anguilla’s longest stretch of beach.


All 99 guestrooms and suites are equipped with air-conditioning with 24-hour air purifying circulation system, ceiling fans, double-line direct-dial telephones, Television with Video system, safe, marble bathroom and exclusive Rusk amenities, hairdryers, bathrobes, broadband internet access, mini-fridge and bar set up, and private terraces or patios with ocean views. There are several categories: Luxury, Junior Suite, Luxury Junior Suite, One Bedroom Suite, Luxury two bedroom Suite, Penthouse 2000, and 2001 (with full kitchens), as well as villas from 2 to 5 bedrooms. The size and locations of these accommodations make the difference between categories.

Hotel Dining

CuisinArt is the world’s only resort with a hydroponic farm. The first resort farm of its kind, this state-of-the-art, soil-free growing process produces the freshest and healthiest vegetables and edible flowers on Anguilla. The crop is harvested daily, providing the purest ingredients for both our cuisine and spa treatments.

There are several dining options at the resort. Café Mediterraneo serves Resort guests complimentary Full Breakfast. For lunch, Café Med features internationally inspired menus, with fresh hydroponic farm salads, share platters, pizza, stir fry, traditional favorites and more! 

Le Bistro at Santorini is Anguilla’s only AAA Four Diamond restaurant. The simple and innovative cuisine uses local products infused with Mediterranean flavors, with a real focus on personalized service. The Sommeliers recommend just the right pairings from the Wine Cellar. The Chef’s Table Food & Wine Experience is in Le Bistro’s private dining room. This exclusive food and wine experience features a six-course menu of the Chef’s inspiration. This event is held on Wednesday evenings at 7:30PM. World Delicacies Barbecue is offered Tuesday nights at Le Bistro and features live cooking stations, grilled lobster, and delectable desserts. Live Music rounds out this festive evening.

Tokyo Bay is Anguilla’s first authentic Japanese restaurant, featuring sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, omakase, and an outdoor lounge. The excellent cuisine is complemented with a sleek, seductive setting and commanding 360 degree views of the sea and beyond.

The Clubhouse at Cuisinart Golf Club features stunning views of the golf course, the dazzling Caribbean Sea, and St. Maarten, where guests will delight in the magnificent setting and the gorgeous bar and lounge area. Enjoy items from the live cooking station at the Clubhouse Grill for lunch and for dinner. 

The Beach Bar & Grill is on the white sand beach that hugs the shore of Rendezvous Bay. Specialty island drinks, frozen fresh-fruit smoothies, homemade lemonade, and a light menu for lunch and grilled selections for dinner complete the experience, with the sounds of the sea as the perfect accompaniment. The Wine Cellar is located within Le Bistro Restaurant. The 3,600 Bottle cellar is stocked with vintages from around the world.

The Lobby Bar features Signature cocktails and “30 Wines from 30 Vines.” The mixologists create delicious blends that also incorporate ingredients from the Hydroponic Farm. Light dining from the Bar Menu is offered and for cigar aficionados, the humidor offers over 25 international selections.


Complimentary activities include Hydroponic Farm tours, Cooking class, scheduled fitness, Pilates, non-motorized water sports (hobie cat, sunfish, kayaking, snorkelling equipment), three night-lit Astroturf tennis courts, bocce courts, croquet, billiard room and children’s play area, nightly entertainment. At the Venus Spa you experience the synergy of old-world European spa treatments and the latest in modern spa techniques. Finally, a dazzling infinity pool stretches from the main building to the beach bar. The beach at Rendez-vous Bay turquoise waters beckon you to swim, snorkel or sail, while two miles of velvety white sand invite you to bask in the sun.


The resort complimentary services include airport or ferry terminal greeting (transfers are the guests’ responsibility), welcome drink upon arrival, bottled water in room, daily continental breakfast, New York Times digest, use of bathrobes, concierge service, internet access in the lobby, library, afternoon sorbet and bottled water served at the pool and beach and nightly turn-down service.  The concierge services include restaurant reservations, babysitting, laundry/valet service, Catamaran day and sunset sails, deep-sea fishing, diving and island excursions.
