Introduction

The Villas at Stonehaven in Tobago are situated on a hillside a few minutes from the sea, overlooking stunning ocean views and beautiful Caribbean sunsets, as well as unspoilt rain forest and a protected bird sanctuary. The perfect location for your Caribbean villa holiday. The resort is built in an 18th century French Colonial style and designed by the renowned Mustique architect Arne Hasselqvist.

Location

Located just twenty minutes away from the airport, The Villas at Stonehaven consist of fourteen 3,700 sq ft villas, set on a hillside in lush landscaped gardens that adjoin a 100 acre bird sanctuary and are just minutes away from the beach.

Rooms

The fourteen spacious villas have private infinity pools, 50ft verandahs, and three air conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; providing the ultimate in luxurious Tobago villa living. They can be rented for 2 up to 6 persons. Each bedroom offers views of the sea. All the villas have personal safe, computer ports, private infinity pool and a very spacious and modern kitchen, including a separate cooler for wines.

Hotel Dining

Each villa has its own housekeeper who, on request, will cook and serve local dishes. Although superbly suited to self-catering, guests can choose to take a light lunch in the elegant Pavilion restaurant which offers simply the most romantic dining experience in Tobago or perhaps a candlelight dinner preceded by cocktails and a beautiful sunset. The daily menu can also be served in the privacy of your villa. The beautiful and comfortable Clubhouse include a bar, lounge area and large half moon infinity pool, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere and it is a great location for meeting fellow guests.

Activities

The Villas at Stonehaven offer five star amenities as well as a range of customised activities of your choice - from forest hikes to water sports - or even having a professional massage in your villa. All you have to do is ask the guest service manager. The following sports facilities and activities are available: Golf: 2 Championship golf courses, 18 hole/par 72 course 2km from villas and a new 18 hole/par 72 course to PGA standard just 10 minutes drive from your villa, Sailing, Windsurfing, Water Skiing, Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, Tennis, Guided rain forest hikes, Deep Sea Fishing, Bird Watching, and Gym facilities are located at a nearby complex.

The Villas also offer these complimentary services such as airport transfers, welcome drink on arrival, and a starter kit of food items for your first breakfast, personal housekeeper 9:00am to 2:00pm daily, exotic floral arrangement, beach/pool towels, and a basket of fresh fruit.
