Introduction

Primea group has 4 properties in Guadeloupe. The Golf Village Hotel, a Hotel Residence of 3 stars; the Aquarelles Villas which are 4 stars standing Villas; the Residence Le Vallon, a 2 stars Residence; and the Residence Hotel La Sucrerie du Comte, a 2 stars property. These establishments have each their own personality and reply to the demands of a distinctive clientele.

Location

The Golf Village Hotel *** and the Residence Le Vallon** are both located in Saint-François. The Aquarelles Villas **** as well as the Residence Hotel La Sucrerie du Comte ** are in Sainte-Rose.

Rooms

The Golf Village Hotel has rooms, studios and villas with a total of 87 accommodation units. Le Vallon Residence has 40 apartments of different sizes and several categories such as suites, junior suites and duplex suites. Aquarelles Villas are high standing villas with private pools. The 15 luxurious villas of Aquarelle’s Villas are composed as a little village in a railed flourished park, directly located by the sea, in a bay by name of Anse Nogent, a few miles away from down-town Sainte Rose, an authentic fishermen’s village where traditions and modern life are living harmoniously together.

Hotel Dining

Only the Golf Village Hotel has a restaurant and offer several dining options, which can go from no meal to the all inclusive formula. The other properties have all cooking facilities and are located close to restaurants.

These hotels have all pools and activities are offered according to their location and infrastructure.

Services

Golf Village Hotel which has a restaurant and a pool is surrounded by a nice and big tropical garden.  Le Vallon Residence also has a pool and a tropical garden. Finally Aquarelles Villas offer breakfast and other meal preparation at a supplement.
