Located on the North Atlantic coast of St Martin, in the heart of the beautiful Orient Bay Resort LA PLANTATION features St Martin's award winning and most popular beach with its 2 mile (3 kilometres) stretch of white sand and turquoise waters.

Rooms

All the 17 private villas are divided in suites and studios. They are tastefully decorated, in warm colours featuring hand painted murals and freezes evoking Caribbean themes or batik art. The Studios 40m2 (425sq.ft.) are equipped with queen or twin beds, enhanced with mosquito nets, kitchenettes, bathroom with separate toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, iron & ironing board direct dial telephone, safe, television, large terrace. The Suites 75 m2 (740sq.ft) feature a separate bedroom with king size bed enhanced with a mosquito net, spacious living room with elegant teak furniture; American style kitchen, hand crafted tiled bathroom with walk in shower, 2 sinks, separate toilet & hairdryer; air conditioning ceiling fan, direct dial telephone,  safe, television iron & ironing board, large terrace. All rooms have been recently refurbished new features include rain showers. Lower level suites and studios have partial ocean and garden view Upper level suites and studios offer panoramic views over the bay and the surrounding islands.

Hotel Dining

The CAFE PLANTATION located at the hotel serves breakfasts, in buffet style with Caribbean flavours, just next to the pool. For dinners, the refined menu and the de warm atmosphere will satisfy the gourmet. On the Orient beach, you have access to 5 full service beach restaurants , COCO- WAIKIKI- BIKINI- KAKAO - KON-TIKI, where you will discover international and French cuisine, boutiques, massage services, and of course your favourite  tropical beverage.

Activities

Enjoy a refreshing swim in our Freshwater Pool; relax on the sun deck or in the shade at our pool lounge with a "PLANTATION" cocktail from the pool-side bar. All activities are represented: excursion to the neighbouring island of Tintamarre in Jet Ski or hobby cat, para-sailing, wind surfing, kite surfing. Close by are horse riding, tennis, and duty free shopping. Discover the Caribbean islands in a one day sailing, go fishing or diving with the dive school to see the marine splendour.
