Introduction

Welcome to the Osprey Beach Hotel, located in Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies. Guest can enjoy at the Resort sipping a cold drink poolside, soaking in the warm Caribbean sun, or watching for the elusive green flash.

Location

Separated from the Caicos Islands by a 7,000-foot-deep channel, the Turks Islands and one of its inhabited Islands, Grand Turk is six miles long and just over a mile wide. Like the other islands, Grand Turk is blessed with miles of quiet sugary beaches and is close to several uninhabited cays just waiting to be explored.

Rooms

The Osprey Beach Hotel boasts 27 beachfront rooms, all overlooking the warm lush Caribbean ocean. The Resort offers a choice of standard and deluxe accommodations with or without kitchens. Several categories are featured: Premier Beachfront Suites, Beachfront King Rooms, Beachfront Queen Suites Balcony Atrium Rooms, Courtyard Atrium Rooms, and Courtyard Single Atrium Rooms. Suites have private balconies or patios overlooking the beach.  Amenities include air conditioning, overhead fans, cable television, kitchens with microwaves, telephones, refrigerators, and daily maid service. All rooms have foot bowls for those sandy feet, and rinse buckets are on site for your dive gear. There are also 12 standard rooms in the Atrium. While these are not beachfront rooms, they are certainly very nice, and all have air conditioning, fans and refrigerators.

Hotel Dining

Michael's Atrium Restaurant, the Atrium restaurant with beautifully prepared dishes, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily - the local and Jamaican dishes are delicious! Osprey Beach Poolside Dining at the Birdcage Bar and Restaurant offers tasty Tapas menu - both lunch and dinner and serving the resort’s famous BBQ twice weekly with live entertainment from Mitch and The High Tide Band.

Activities

There are many things to do in Grand Turk. Scuba Diving may be this island's main attraction, but guests can also explore the island's history, culture and local people, also known as 'belongers'. Grand Turk excels also in providing spectacular snorkelling, fishing and sailing.

Services

Osprey Resort has wireless internet access available pool side as well as in the courtyard and live entertainment every Wednesday and Sunday night with Mitch Rolling and the High Tide Band. Beach towels are available in the main office.
